 The second most important element in our system is political neutrality and extreme confidentiality. No outside allegiances, motives, or agendas interfere with the consultant-client relationship. With this system in place, all effort and energy can be focused on the client, and their goals for success. Very few people have the benefit where there is a sense of neutrality. Most relationships carry demands and hidden agendas, creating paradoxes that prevent the total honesty needed for true personal growth.
