 The secret to Byron Swinford's business longevity, and personal success is rooted in his positive attitude, and willingness to shine a light on every corner of his creative psyche.

 Instead of inhabiting a specialized employment niche that kept companies happy and cash flowing freely, Byron continually evolves, and transforms himself. In doing so, the scope and breadth of his career continually expands, and it is astonishingly inclusive. Whether you are a creative artist, or a pragmatic business person there is little doubt that some of Byron's beliefs abounds. On a palette so diverse, the common denominators are the search of truth , and a warm inviting spirit.

 Byron's career began more than two decades ago in a very traditional business setting. The conservative business skills learned in his youth became the cornerstone of his career. Byron not only learned the importance of providing quality products and service, but understood the much overlooked need to support, groom and mentor people by teaching positive human relation skills.

 Simultaneously, Byron was a student in the school of Fine Art, learning to build, shape, and mold physical environments. Fusing these newly acquired modern ideas with those of his original training, was indeed a turning point in his career. Moving up the corporate ladder, now as a Project Manager, Byron was able to design business systems, and operational structures conducive to high
levels of morale, productivity, and profitability. Always continuing to improve by learning new
skills, and outlooks though the intake of current information.

 But that isn't where he stopped. Byron then directed his attention toward the taking of this information directly to the public, in the form of several syndicated newspaper columns. The goal of these works was to improve the quality of employment, and everyday life for the reader.

 With such a diverse resume, it hardly comes as a surprise that Byron, while producing the best work of his career would once again completely shift gears. In 1999, Byron unveiled The Capital Group, featuring Capital Consulting, which is easily his most adventurous effort. The purpose of this endeavor is to personally meet with individuals as a personal consultant, and with groups of people, and companies as a professional platform speaker, presenting his interpretation of the latest material in the areas of personal development, strategies for change, motivation, and relationships.

 As he said "the material is meant to be something that helps people connect to their subconscious. It is intended to be used in, and to create a safe and supportive environment for growth. ... It is a platform for the imagination." Continuing... " so many things are changing in the world around us, the world itself, the ways we relate to those not as fortunate as we are, the politics which shape these issues, extreme employment pressure, financial stress, and our views on love and personal relationships. With these mysteries of life surrounding us the need to write and produce new material is greater than ever."
